Pembukaan MPLS Tahun 2024 oleh Bapak Kepala Sekolah
Pembukaan MPLS (Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah) di SMA Negeri 1 Bungkal dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Juli 2024 bertempat di lapangan sekolah. MPLS ini resmi dibuka langsung oleh Kepala Sekolah SMAN 1 Bungkal yaitu Bapak Ali Ridho, M.Pd. Upacara pembukaan diikuti oleh kepala sekolah, dewan guru, staf TU, OSIS, dan seluruh siswa baru kelas X, XI, XII yang berbaris berdasarkan masing-masing kelompok.
Tujuan diadakannya MPLS ini adalah memperkenalkan siswa baru pada lingkungan sekolah yang baru mereka masuki. Memperkenalkan siswa pada seluruh komponen sekolah beserta aturan, norma, budaya, dan tata tertib yang berlaku di dalamnya.
Dalam sambutannya Kepala Sekolah SMAN 1 Bungkal yaitu Bapak Ali Ridho, M.Pd mengatakan kegiatan MPLS ini merupakan kegiatan yang positif dan akan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi para siswa baru terutama dalam menambah wawasan mengenai pengenalan lingkungan sekolah. Maka diharapkan para siswa baru dapat mengikuti kegiatan MPLS ini dengan baik. Beliau juga memberikan wawasan sedkit tentang bahaya dari perundungan di sekolah serta memberikan motivasi untuk siswa baru agar selalu bersemangat dalam menuntut ilmu. Dan semua itu harus diimbangi dengan kedisiplinan. Diharapkan para siswa jangan sekali-sekali melanggar aturan yang sudah ditetapkan di sekolah, karena akan berdampak buruk bagi siswa maupun sekolah.
